Savannah is a communications and development associate at Homeless Action Center. She joined the organization in 2025. Before joining HAC, they worked in communications at Legal Aid at Work, San Francisco-Marin Food Bank, Foodwise, and Social Justice Collaborative. Outside of HAC, Savannah documents protests, community-based events, and everyday people as a freelance photojournalist, and organizes with Chinese and Filipino diaspora movements. She also volunteers her time as a Chinese interpreter and does outreach to the Chinese-speaking community. They’re currently learning Spanish to expand their language skills. Savannah is also an origami enthusiast, reads books from authors from the Global South, and loves playing with her cat Leila.
