Armen Zohrabian
Armen Zohrabian is a plaintiff-side class action attorney who works on securities, antitrust and data privacy matters at Hedin Hall LLP. Between 2012 and 2021, he worked on securities and antitrust matters in the San Francisco office of a prominent plaintiff-side class action firm. Before joining the plaintiff’s bar, he worked as an associate in the San Francisco office of a large international law firm, where his practice focused on complex commercial litigation, and where he represented several pro bono clients in parole hearings and in asylum applications. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Berkeley School of Law, Boalt Hall, with a Certificate in Law and Technology. During law school, Armen was a member of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal, worked as a law clerk for the Federal Trade Commission, and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Oliver W. Wanger in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. He has served on the Homeless Action Center’s board for over a decade.

Megan Wachspress
Megan is an attorney at the Sierra Club, where she works to decarbonize the electric grid by shutting down coal and gas plants. Prior to that she represented unions, employees and environmental causes at a San Francisco-based public interest law firm. Megan has done pro bono work and clinical work on behalf of prisoners in California and Connecticut and taught environmental law at Santa Clara School of Law.

Angela Bates
Angela is a strategic engineering leader at Dropbox. She previously worked for large utilities, managing software developers and infrastructure design teams, and is passionate about the ways that organizations can collect and utilize data to improve employee experience! Charles Bruce
Charles Bruce is a Deputy City Attorney for the City and County of San Francisco. His practice includes general advice regarding social services and behavioral health services. Prior to joining the City Attorney’s Office he served as a Deputy County Counsel for the County of Merced also providing general advice regarding behavioral health services and representing the Public Guardian-Conservator-Administrator in a variety of cases. Mr. Bruce also served as the Pro Bono Coordinator and a Staff Attorney at the Homeless Action Center.

Jack Jackson
Jack Jackson teaches political theory and constitutional law at Whitman College. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley and earned his J.D. from the Cornell Law School with a Certificate in Public Law. He was an Ella Baker Fellow at the Center for Constitutional Rights in 2000. Jack spent his 1L summer as an Equal Justice America Fellow at the Berkeley office of the Homeless Action Center.
