Angela joined HAC in the role of Staff Attorney in 2025. She grew up primarily in Texas and Southern California in a military family. Prior to law school, Angela served in AmeriCorps VISTA at a healthcare nonprofit and worked as an In-Home Support Services (IHSS) provider. Upon law school graduation, she did her post-bar clerkship at Family Violence Law Center in Oakland and spent over a decade in private practice as a family law attorney and mediator.
Angela lives in the East Bay with her partner, three children, and two cats. In her free time, she reads and writes speculative fiction.
