Armen Zohrabian, Chair
Armen Zohrabian is an attorney in the San Francisco office of Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP. His practice focuses on complex securities litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate in the San Francisco office of a large international law firm, where his practice focused on complex commercial litigation.  Armen received his J.D. with a Certificate in Law and Technology in 2003 from Boalt Hall School of Law at U.C. Berkeley.

Anne Hawkins, Vice Chair
Anne Hawkins is a staff attorney at the Habeas Corpus Resource Center in San Francisco where she represents indigent death row inmates in habeas corpus proceedings before the California Supreme Court.  Prior to joining HCRC in 2007, Anne worked as a litigation associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.  She graduated with a J.D. from Boalt Hall School of Law at U.C. Berkeley in 2000.

Jack Jackson, Secretary
Jack Jackson teaches political theory and constitutional law at Whitman College. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley and earned his J.D. from the Cornell Law School with a Certificate in Public Law. He was an Ella Baker Fellow at the Center for Constitutional Rights in 2000. Jack spent his 1L summer as an Equal Justice America Fellow at the Berkeley office of the Homeless Action Center.

Nikka Rapkin, Treasurer
Nikka Rapkin is a staff attorney at HomeBase, Center for Common Concerns, where she facilitates capacity building and inter-agency collaboration to strengthen community systems that end homelessness. Prior to her work at HomeBase, Nikka was a Program Director at Bay Area Community Resources, Co-Founder of the International Cardiovascular Health Alliance (ICHA), and a Senior Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP. She graduated with a J.D. from UC Berkeley’s Boalt Hall School of Law in 2005.

Ken Fisher
Ken Fisher is an experienced filmmaker focused on social justice, nonprofit and documentary storytelling.  As the founder and creative director of Truth Be Told, his passion is to help good causes tell powerful and cinematic stories through documentary film.  His work builds on ten years of creative and strategic experience at top advertising agencies.  Ken’s award-winning films have been shown on the international festival circuit and on PBS.  He is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Oxford.

Clara Morain Nabity
Clara Morain Nabity is an attorney at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.  The focus of her practice is white collar defense. Previously, she worked as an investigator for the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, the bipartisan commission established by Congress to investigate and report on the causes of the 2008 financial crisis.  She received her undergraduate degree from UC Santa Barbara and her law degree from UC Hastings College of the Law.
